Dr. Billinger received his dental training at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Following graduation, he completed a three year residency at the University of Iowa, where he earned his certification as a Specialist in Periodontics with a Masters of Science in Oral Microbiology. ​Dr. Billinger practices in the greater Atlanta area and provides unsurpassed periodontal care.
